New IT Software - Job Processing

It's always a struggle deciding which software route you wish to go down within the IT world today.

Our basic outline brief was 'a new job processing & management system'. Our Microsoft Access database system was great for us back in 1998, but times had changed, we needed to move onwards and upwards.

Our chosen software was a product called 'Clik'. Specialising in service management of the service industry. (www.cliksoftware.com)

In house it was a big change for us. No more lever arch files and photocopy after photocopy of documents.

After the appropriate training we all settled into 'Clik' nicely. Coupled with a desktop scanner, we have even been able to assist the world in its fight to save the environment.
