Steel framed newbuild

This steel framed portal build project required demolition of the previous site prior to any ground works commenced.

Demolition can be costly at the outset for a client, however, with this project we worked hard to find a buyer for the existing small steel frame we deconstructed during the demolition, and crushed the remaining brick and blockwork to help recoup costs on the complete project.

The weather gave us a few issues, battling ice and snow during concreting and brickwork periods but the project was still completed on time.

Internally our client had a full bespoke lighting installation with the required distribution.
