Complete Building Refurbishment

Our multi skilled team undertook an exciting major project of refurbishing this 100+ year old building on the main Hagley Road in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

The existing layout was split between three separate buildings each having 2 floors.

The proposed layout was to remove all sub dividing internal walls, removing chimneys and installing steelwork as required. The new proposed layout also included the conversion of the loft area into a second floor.

Various major internal alterations took place leading to changes in the roof structure and drainage layout.

AFC headed up the complete refurbishment applying the years of expertise within the business to complete an on time and on budget contract.
